Attached is a copy of the COC Modification Request for New Irrigation (pivot 2 addition) for both the Aaron Tyndall Farm
#1 and the Aaron Tyndall Farm #2, formerly permitted together under Tommy Tyndall Farm AWS820173 in Sampson
County. Included in the package is a request letter, Irrigation Design Certifications, Irrigation Designs and Nutrient
Utilization Plans for each farm.
As with the first pivot, this second pivot addition will replace the remaining reel pulls on the farms and this pivot will also
be shared between the two farms. Each farm will maintain its own separate spray fields and the ability to pump at the
same time on their respective spray fields (i.e. farm 1 can pump on its spray field under pivot 1 while farm 2 can pump
on its spray field under pivot 2, and vice versa).
