As I was writing up the authorization for Mr. Longo's variance, I noticed that the square footage of
impact for the deck was left out of the Attachment 5 "Summary of Impervious Area and Buffer
Impact". Since the use of the deck is considered "allowable" per the memo signed by John Dorney, you
will need to account for the square footage of area for the deck. No mitigation is needed for it of
course.
Please email me a revised attachment 5 showing the impacts to zone 1 and zone 2 of the buffer for the
deck so I can complete the authorization.
