Good morning,
My name is Faithe Tate and I am the new Stormwater Operations Analyst for the City of Lexington. We
would like to propose a revision to our approved SWMP. We would like to change the implementation
schedule for BMP 50 to concur with the implementation of BMP 45. Originally we proposed developing
specific spill response procedures for city facilities with potential to produce high hazard spills in Permit
Year 1 but BMP 45 currently has us classifying facilities as high or low hazard in Permit Year 2. We are
proposing to move BMP 50 to begin in Permit Year 2. Please see the attached revised SWMP. The
changes we are requesting are highlighted on page 42 of this document. If you agree with the proposed
revision please let me know how we need to proceed to officially submit these changes.
Thank you,
Faithe Tate
