Restoration Project Permitting Fee, DWQ #07-1890.
Dear Ms. Karoly:
This letter is in response to your recent notification to us that our remittance was not adequate to
cover the new fee. We based our fee amount on what is shown on the PCN information, which
apparently has not been updated on the Corps website. I apologize for this mistake. I have
enclosed the original check for $475.00 and an additional check for $95.00 as you suggested in
your letter of November 8, 2007. Please proceed with your review of our application.
