Hello Arnie, I've attached a more detailed site plan of the work we're proposing at DWR #20240151 / Everett Shoreline. 1. 1 have included pictures of the trees we're requesting to remove. The trees need to be removed due to how much the root systems are undermined since the existing seawall failed years ago allowing the shoreline to erode. 2. 1 have attached an updated copy of page 2 of 4 from the application showing the corrected impacts matching the site plan drawing. 3. The 10' wide by 120' long temporary access corridor/ construction corridor is needed so there can be a safe pathway to move material/ block and install the proposed seawall safely. The access corridor will be returned to it's natural state prior to completion of construction. 4. The temporary construction corridor is figured to be 10' x 50'. The drawing submitted just had it broken into a 10' wide corridor along the shoreline plus a 40' long corridor equaling the total length of 50'. I'd be happy to meet with you on -site if needed.
