Laurie,
would you mind keeping an eye out for a project coming in over the next day or two called Mathis Farm for a NW39. although
the application lists impacts of almost 500 feet, this is a violation site that requires clean up but a part of that they are requesting
a 401 for 148'. they could have done it as 2 separate projects but we wanted to be able to put conditions on the violation cleanup
so lumped it together, but you should treat it as a written concurrence necessary for 148' of impact. sort of pretend the rest
doesn't exist.
i need to issue this asap (we're working closely with the USACE too), I have a copy here so no need to forward one, but please
let me know when its logged in or if you have trouble logging it in. we do not want any hold letter or return letter for fee, poor
app etc, to go out, if there's something missing that you need please let me know and we'll get it together, since we're working so
closely my supervisor thinks it wouldn't look good if we delay for something we can get with a phone call from here.
