The Website was not particularly clear as to where the attached PCN Application was to be sent based on a link I

THIS EASEMENT AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of the lot
day of t A2Cta 1 2009, by and among Piedmont Triad Regional Water
Authority "Grantor".- and The City of Archdale, a political subdivision of the State of
North Carolina, "Grantee";
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner of certain property located in Randolph
County, North Carolina, which property is more particularly described on Exhibit A
attached hereto (the `Easement Area'j; and
WHEREAS, The City of Archdale is developing a City -wide plan for greenway,
recreational, park and land preservation purposes along the various creeks, floodplams,
and other areas in the City, including the property which is described on Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, Grantee has an existing sewer line and easement located within the
Easement Area; and
WHEREAS, Grantor desires to grant to Grantee a perpetual easement over said
property for the uses set forth herein;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises and the sum of
One Dollar ($1.00) to it in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
Grantor hereby gives and grants unto Grantee a perpetual right and easement over the
property described on Exhibit A attached hereto for construction and maintenance of a
pedestrian bridge, trail and greenway, including the right to maintain and make
improvements in the Easement Area. Grantee shall have the sole right to promulgate
rules and regulations for the reasonable use of the property by the public, provided the
property is used for the purposes stated herein.
GRANTOR AND GRANTEE, for themselves and their heirs, successors and
assigns, further agree as follows:
1. Grantee shall be responsible, at its expense, for maintaining the Easement
Area in accordance with the purposes set forth herein, including construction
and maintenance of a pedestrian bridge and trail, removal of trash, waste and
litter, and efforts to control vandalism and other crimes within the Easement
Area
2. To the full extent permitted by law, Grantee shall defend, indemnify and hold
harmless Grantor, and its successors and assigns, from and against all claims,
demands, loss and damage by third parties arising out of or relating to use of
the property by the public; provided such claims do not result from the acts,
negligence or willful misconduct of Grantor or its heirs, successors or assigns.
3. Grantor makes no representations or warranties whatsoever, whether express
or implied, with respect to the condition of or title to the property that is the
subject of this Agreement, which property Grantee agrees to accept, AS IS, in
its present legal and physical condition.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid rights, privileges, and easement unto the
Grantee, its successors and assigns, for so long as said property is utilized by Grantee, its
successors and assigns, for the purposes set forth herein, and no longer.

PERMANENT EASEMENT FOR SEWERLINE, BRIDGE, AND PEDESTRIAN TRAIL
Commencing at an existing iron pin found marking the northwest most
corner of the 4.14 acre tract of Piedmont Triad Regional Water Authority
as described in deed book 1783, page 2108 of the Randolph County Register
of Deeds, this existing iron pin is also "the point and place of
beginning" for the 4.14 acre tract in said deed; thence with the west line
of Piedmont Triad Regional Water Authority, the following two calls, (1)
South 46 Degrees, 47 Minutes, 14 Seconds West, 62.34 feet, to an existing
iron pin, (2) South 19 Degrees, 07 Minutes, 40 Seconds West, 72.37 feet to
a point in the west line of Piedmont Triad Regional Water Authority and
the center of an existing sewer line; and being THE POINT AND PLACE OF
BEGINNING for the herein described easement crossing Piedmont Triad
Regional Water Authority; the north margin of the herein described
easement is 42 feet north of and parallel to the following described line
and extends from the west line of the grantor to the east line of grantor,
the south margin of the herein described easement is 10 feet south of and
parallel of the following described line and extends from the west line of
the grantor to the east line of grantor;
Line crosses Piedmont Triad Water Authority with the existing sewer line
South 78 Degrees, 07 Minutes, 46 Seconds East, 225.07 feet, to a point in
the east line of Piedmont Triad Regional Water Authority as described in
deed book 1783, page 2108.
Total width of Permanent Easement described herein'is 52 feet.
Along with a Temporary Construction Easement to exist during the
construction of the bridge, which extends an additional 10 feet to the
north of and parallel to the north margin of the permanent easement and
extends from the west line of the grantor to the east, line of grantor.
