Hi Sheri,
Thanks for scanning the application. I would say make it a new number because the only impact is a single repair area
outside of the existing footprint of the boardwalk. So I'll just issue a new buffer authorization for that single impact so
this authorization won't be a replacement of the whole original authorization. Does that make sense?
