After a quick look at the updated impact maps, it appears that you have an increase to permanent wetland impacts
(from 0.01 acres to 0.02 acres). This modification will require written authorization from our office and will need to be
formally submitted for processing and review.

We have made a minor modification to the impact maps for the above -referenced project due to the size change of the
Outlet Protection for the culvert pipe replacement under W. Finch Ave per NCDOT comments. The pipe was upsized and
requires additional Outlet Protection area. We have attached the updated exhibit maps with this submittal for your
review as well as the previous approval letters.
