Ms. Bernard:
In response to Permit requirements,
we attempted to collect a discharge
sample from the sand filter and have
analyzed for the parameters
indicated in the General Permit.
There was no flow upon arrival at
the site on 03/07/24 nor after 30
minutes of surcharging the system.
There was no evidence that the
system is failing or needs repair.
The next effluent sample attempt
will occur in the 2°d or Yd Quarter
2025.
