Dear Sirs,
Attached please find the Analytical Report and Quantitative Monitoring for the 2nd Semiannual
Stormwater Event of 2015 for our facility.
This report indicates that exceedences were detected as follows:
1. Test point #002, copper, 0.01 1mg/I over benchmark;
2. Test point #003, copper, 0.016 mg/I over benchmark.
Upon investigation, no evidence was discovered to indicate a source of the exceedence.
Tier 2 measures have been implemented and will be monitored per required scheduling.
