Attached please find the Analytical Report and Quantitative Monitoring for the first Tier 2
response resulting from the 2nd Semiannual Stormwater Event of 2015 for our facility.
This report indicates that required monitoring for copper were as follows:
1. Test point #002, copper, N/D
2. Test point #003, copper, 0.011 mg/I
Upon investigation, no evidence was discovered to indicate a source of the exceedence for
Test point #003, however the drop is significant from the initial monitoring value of 0/026 mg/I.
Tier 2 measures will continue next month per required scheduling.
