Hi Samantha,
No, work has not yet started as the current owners will need to find another new buyer for the
assemblage. Unless Alliance paid for the mitigation, then no it has not been paid and we hope
whomever we go under contract with and transfer the permit at Closing to can pay at then or after
Closing. Would that work?
