Modifications to the subject Attachments are as follows: ➢ The Division has added the Carolina Poultry Power — La Grange CUS (pending Permit No. WQ0044332) as an approved off -site conjunctive reclaimed water user to Attachments A and B. At the time of this certification, Permit No. WQ0044332 is pending issuance. The Permittee shall not distribute reclaimed water to Carolina Poultry Power — La Grange CUS until the Division has issued Permit No. WQ0044332 and Carolina Poultry Power RG3, LLC has submitted the final Engineering Certification. The modified Attachments A and B are effective from the date of certification until February 29, 2028, shall replace Attachments A and B of Permit No. WQ0034386 that were issued on November 22, 2021, and shall be subject to the conditions and limitations therein, as well as those specified in the above - referenced permit. Please replace Attachments A and B of Permit No. WQ0034386 that were issued on November 22, 2021, with the modified Attachments A and B. The Permittee shall submit a renewal application no later than September 2, 2027. This certification can be contested as provided in Chapter 150B of the North Carolina General Statutes by filing a Petition for a Contested Case Hearing (Petition) with the North Carolina Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) within 30 calendar days. Requirements for filing a Petition are set forth in Chapter 150B of the North Carolina General Statutes and Title 26 of the North Carolina Administrative Code. Those interested in filing may access additional information regarding the requirements for filing a Petition and Petition forms at the OAH website or by calling the OAH Clerk's Office at (919) 431-3000. A party filing a Petition shall serve a copy of the Petition on the Department of Environmental Quality's Office of General Counsel at 1601 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-1601.
