Greetings, Please let me know if the following is acceptable to be received via email as our response. To my understanding after speaking with Dan and Tyler (Tyler is with SE Industrial Services), the following is a summary of how the project will roughly play out: • The waste that would normally flow into the dosing tank will be redirected to the empty train. • SE Industrial Services will remove the 2 existing pumps from the old tank. • The dosing tank would then be cleaned and disinfected by Barnes Environmental that is required prior to it being demolished. • The dosing tank would be demolished and removed by SE Industrial Serices. • Fortin has ordered the new dosing tank (the new tank as already been fabricated; it is made of concrete). • After the demolished tank has been removed SE will fill any holes and plant grass seeds. • SE will install the new dosing tank. • Fortin will install the 2 pumps and work with powerhouse on the electrical portion of the job. When I spoke with Dan, I stressed the importance of getting his quote for his portion of the scope of work that would take place asap. There may be an additional quote coming for the electrical portion of work to be done by Powerhouse. Brightside we already have an approved COI from them. Violations from the state inspection: The dosing tank is severely corroded and needs to be repaired or replaced. • In progress; Please reference the information above. The generator automatic transfer switch does not operate. • The deposit invoice for the work has been submitted into KT. The agreement for the quote has been signed and returned to Powerhouse. • The order for the assembly of the new transfer switch has been placed with the manufacturer. • We are waiting to hear from Powerhouse on when the work will begin. The required annual soil analysis of the infiltration field has not been complete. • Fortin took the soil samples and sent them off. • We should received the results in about two to three weeks. The UV system is inoperable and needs to be replaced by a proper disinfection system. • Fortin's solution is to direct the UV treatments trains wastewater into the chlorine treatments train. • This should be included in the quote that we will receive from Fortin for their portion of work with the dosing tank replacement project. Status of the permit renewal: Elleveve would have to confirm but I believe Ron Cullipher has completed the application and it has been submitted to the state. Good Morning Eric, It's been past the 30 days for a response for the NOV/NOI issued for the Peppertree Inspection on January 24t". 1 was wondering if a response will be provided? Even if all of the items listed are not completed, you could send a list of what's been done and a timeline of completion for anything that has not been completed. Thanks.
