Karen,
I spoke with Jennifer last week about the possibility of a modification to the Brickhaven 401
certification to allow for temporary wetland impacts associated with the installation of mats. There
was a questions as to whether or not a modification would trigger a Public Hearing. Jennifer
indicated that you all were checking with the Office of Counsel. Has the OC given you all an answer
regarding a hearing?
