I was reviewing the 401 application. I understand the City of Concord will approve the storm water plan. However
please submit the layout of the post construction SW BMP. Please submit a general collection system (pipes) and BMP
layout for the site. If this particular lot is included with a larger site development BMP (through the City of Concord),
please provide that clarification/documentation and general location of the treatment area.

Has the stream been confirmed intermittent?
