I.Public Notice; Water Quality Certification for Caleb's Creek; 20240435 Ver 1; Forsyth County PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on March 14, 2024 Boma North Carolina (836 Good Hope Dr , Castle Rock, CO 80108) applied to the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR) for a 401 Individual Water Quality Certification, pursuant to Section 401 of the Federal Clean Water Act and Title 15A NCAC 02H .0500. The activity for which this certification is sought regards Residential Subdivision. The DWR’s proposed date of final action on the application is April 19, 2024. Written comments on the application described above must be received by DWR no later than 5 p.m. on April 19, 2024. Written comments may be submitted online by filling out the Public Notice Comment Form here: <https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/401_Public_Notice_Comments>. Written comments may also be mailed to: 401 Permitting, 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC, 27699-1617. The application is available online.
