Thanks for the updated information A few corrections are needed on the plans, itemized below
1) Please clearly show the limits of the proposed temporary impact on the plans Also, the temporary impact amount
listed on the plansheet is larger than the total proposed culvert /rip rap impact, please revise the temporary impact
amount, ensuring that the proposed temporary impacts do not double count proposed permanent impacts
2) Please clearly show the footprint of the existing culvert pipe on the plans
3) Once plansheet corrections are made, please update the PCN per items 1 and 4 of my 10/29/2015 email request for
additional information
