A supplemental planting plan which shall include 1) a proposed deadline to 77006 complete the replanting, 2) a commitment to flag all stems that will be planted, 3) a commitment to provide post - planting pictures of the replanted areas, 4) stem 1200 Camellia Blvd. count data for Plots 1 & 4 post planting. Suite 220 RES staff has taken immediate action to remediate the easement encroachment of Lafayette, LA 0.81 acres at the Arrington Bridge Phase II Bank Parcel. A supplemental planting is 70508 planned in the month of January 2016 for all encroachment areas and buffer areas 137 1/2 East Main Street below success criteria stem densities (Plots 1 and 4). As requested by DWR, all Suite 210 supplemental tree stems planted in the encroachment areas and Vegetation Plots 1 and Oak Hill, WV 25901 4 will be flagged with marking tape. After supplemental planting activities are completed, vegetation plots 1 and 4 stem count data will be reported to DWR. Photo 380 Southpointe Blvd. documentation of these services will be provided. A supplemental planting of 3 100 P PP P g � Plaza 11, Suite 405 Canonsburg, PA stems by Environmental Banc and Exchange did occur in December 2014 at the site; 15317 however, it is documented that additional stems were not planted within the vegetation plots 1 and 4. During the planned January 2016 supplemental planting Capability Drive activities, RES will assure that additional stems will be planted within vegetation Suite Suite 3100 Raleigh, NC plots 1 and 4 and surrounding areas. As part of RES's active preventative action, in 27606 mid - October 2015 RES planted 3- gallon container trees along the easement edge and posted additional easement marking signs. Our intentions is that planting larger trees along the boundary will help to provide a visual boundary between the agriculture fields and the conservation easement. RES has also discussed with the landowner and persons responsible for the easement encroachment to assure it doesn't happen again. Photos of the tree plantings and additional easement signage are provided below. 2. A written course of action for remediating the encroachment problems on the site with a proposed deadline for completion. As stated above, RES plans to perform a supplemental planting at the Arrington Bridge Phase II Site in January 2016. All documentation of the required remediation work will be provided to DWR following the completion of the work. Additional easement markers have been posted along the boundary of the easement as well as 3- gallon container trees planted along the encroachment area borders. It should be noted that RES took action to perform this work prior to DWR's email requesting remedial work onsite. RES discussed the easement encroachment problems with the landowner /persons responsible in hopes to prevent future encroachment occurrences.
