-Please provide water depths in the location of slips 1-4.
-Please provide purpose and need for ten (10) slips for five residential lots.
4) Excavation Impacts
Please provide purpose and need for the areas labeled for excavation on the west side of the canal. As
proposed these areas will not provide an aid to navigation or stabilization.
5) Secondary and Cumulative Impacts
Sheet 1 indicates that Inner Banks Development, LLC. owns the property to the north of the proposed
project site. Please provide information indicating proposed future development.
Please provide the requested information to Kyle Barnes of the DWQ Washington Regional Office. If we
do not receive this information from you within four weeks, we will assume that you no longer want to
pursue this project and we will consider the project as withdrawn.
This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters
or protected buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested within your application are not
