Describe the existing conditions on the site and the general land use in the vicinity of the project at the time of this application: The Caleb's Creek site is comprised of large tracts of undeveloped woodlands, open land that was formerly used for agriculture and also a former golf course was located on what is now thre 875-acre Calebs Creek site. The site is surrounded primarily by single family resudential and some agriculture areas. Significant growth in thi spart of Forsyth County has spurred the need for additional housing, both sing;e family and multi -family. Caleb's Creek is proposed to help provide a large portion of this much needed housing. 4b.
