Dear Wren Thedford,
I am writing to formally request a minor permit modification for our NPDES Permit NC0043796.
The proposed modification involves a change in the frequency of temperature readings from
daily to a weekly schedule.
Our facility is permitted for a maximum capacity of up to 9,000 gallons per day(gpd). However,
our typical operational load is consistently below 4,000 gpd. The modification to weekly
temperature readings is not expected to result in any adverse environmental impact and remains
consistent with the original permit's objectives and requirements.
