Meritor, Inc. located at 22021 Skyway Church Road, Maxton, NC hereby notifies the
Division of Water Quality that we have been unable to obtain adequate stormwater
samples for the months of July and August of 2015. This is due to the lack of rainfall
events during normal business hours, which has made sampling difficult.
However, we will attempt to obtain a sample for the month of September and will submit
it to an approved laboratory for analysis. As soon as the data from those potential
samples are received, Meritor will file the Monthly -Annual Report for September CY
2015 on the appropriate forms in accordance with our Certificate of Coverage.
