Doug & Sue: There's some confusion on the mitigation required. The 404 is for 384 If. The 401 is for 387 If. The impacts that require mitigation are 128.14 If. What was proposed was 384.28 If (3:1). The SOA was an estimate from last November for 387 If. So give all of this, should your verification letters be for 384.28 If or possibly 385 If (rounded up)? I apologize for not making this more clear and also having RES update the amount of the revised SOA.
