RE: Project Narrative
Lot B, Lots At Entrance Cape Island
Onslow County, NC
Ms. Elks:
On behalf of Whittenton Builders, Applied Resources Management, P.C. is providing you
with a project narrative for the above referenced site.
The project is located along Cape Lane in Onslow County. The site is currently
undeveloped and is located in an established residential area.
The proposed project consists of construction of a single-family residence. With the location
of the existing wetland area a small fill impact is proposed to facilitate the construction of the
proposed driveway. The fill area is noted to be approximately 0.012 acres and is to be
stabilized with a retaining wall to minimize the amount of impact needed.
If you have any questions or require any additional information, please feel free to contact
me at (910) 270-2919.
Sincerely,
Gene Young, REHS
