The project is located along Cape Lane in Onslow County. The site is currently undeveloped and is located in an established residential area. The proposed project consists of construction of a single-family residence. With the location of the existing wetland area a small fill impact is proposed to facilitate the construction of the proposed driveway. The fill area is noted to be approximately 0.012 acres and is to be stabilized with a retaining wall to minimize the amount of impact needed. If you have any questions or require any additional information, please feel free to contact me at (910) 270-2919.
