LYING AND BEING in Black Mountain Township, Buncombe County, North Carolina, and
more particularly described as follows:
TRACT 1: 179 Old Lakey Gap Road, PIN: 0618-39-4664-00000
BEGINNING on an iron pin in the center of the Old Lakey Gap Road, said iron pin being the Northeast
corner of that certain tract of land as described in a deed dated January 1, 1945, from William C.
Honeycutt, a widower, to Lester V. Morris (now deceased) and wife, Una Stepp Morris and recorded in
the Register of Deeds Office of Buncombe County, NC, in Deed Book 573, Page 84, and nuns thence
South 4 deg. West 115 feet to an iron pin; thence due West 90 feet to an iron pin; thence North 10 deg.
30' East 125 feet to an iron pin in the center of the old Lakey Gap Road; thence with the center of said
road, South 86 deg. 15' East 74 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TRACT 2: 171 Old Lakey Gap Road, PIN: 0618-39-3643-00000
BEGINNING on a stake in the West line of the Stepp property, which beginning stake is the Northwest
comer of the Ernest Austin tract of land conveyed by deed dated May 8,1941, and runs thence from said
Beginning point North 9 deg. 30' East 252 feet to a stake in the center of the Lakey Gap Road; thence
along and with the center line of said Road, the following courses and distances: South 16 deg, 15' East
65 feet to a stake; South 36 deg. 15' East 50 feet to a stake; South 86 deg. 15' East 206 feet to a stake;
thence leaving said Road and running South 4 deg. West 113 feet, more or less, to a stake in the Northern
line of the Ernest Austin's tract of land in the center of a branch 7 feet, more or less, from the Northeast
corner of said Austin's tract; thence along and with the Austin North line 293 feet, more or less, to the
point of BEGINNING.
SAVING AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM all of that property described in that deed from Shirley
Morris and husband, Finley R Morris to Thomas O. Webb and wife, Lucile H. Webb recorded in Book
1087 at page 614, Buncombe County Registry.
Being all the property described in Deed Book 6285 at Page 1307 of the Buncombe County Registry.

Page 540 of the Buncombe County, NC Registry.
It is the intention of the Grantee that Tract 3 (portion of PIN: 0618-39-3477-00000) be combined with
Tract 1 (179 Old Lakey Gap Road, PIN: 0618-394664-00000).
