COMPLIANCE HISTORY
Frye Bridge WWTP has had no enforcements on record during the current permit cycle that became
effective in July 2019. The facility has been issued two NODS for a flow monthly average limit violation in
October 2023 and a reporting violation for a Late/Missing DMR in October 2023 since the permit was
originally issued in July 2019.
Most recent inspection(September 2023) showed the facility to be out of compliance because the flow
meter was not calibrated as required. The flow meter was calibrated on October 3,2023.
