Wastewater Permit NCO087840 Middle-
sex Well No. 4 WTP The North Carolina
Environmental Management Commis-
sion proposes to issue a NPDES waste-
water discharge permit to the per-
sons) listed below. Written comments
regarding the proposed permit will be
accepted 30 days after the publish date
of this notice. The Director of the NC
Division of Water Resources (DWR) may
hold a public hearing should there be
a significant degree of public interest.
Please mail comments and/or informa-

ed renewal of permit NCO0878M for its
Well N4 WTP in Nash County discharg-
ing treated backwashirinse wastewa-
ter to an unnamed tributary to Turkey
Creek, Neuse River Basin. Currently,
the parameter Total Residual Chlorine
(TRC) is water -quality limited param-
eter. This discharge may affect future
wasteload allocations in this portion of
the Neuse River Basin.
