Our approvals are associated with the specific project that was reviewed. If the project is proposed as exactly what our
agency reviewed and approved, then the 401 Certification would be valid, language in the first paragraph of the 401
states "If the property is sold, the new owner must be given a copy of this Certification and is responsible for complying
with all conditions."

Thank you very much for the email. In short, the former Buyer Alliance Industrial, whom I believe was the
petitioner on the permit, is no longer under contract on the Shopton assemblage.
What I would like to know as the listing agent and owner representative for the parcels is does the permit
stays with the current owners as they were not the original applicants/petitioners, or if similar to a 404, the
owners will need to do a FOIA request and reapply with their name as petitioner/applicant keeping all of the
other previously approved information the same on the Alliance application.

Hope this question makes sense and am available to talk over the phone if easier as well.
