10. Comments: The site was inspected on August 16,2023 to facilitate a site closure.All construction and
land disturbing activities have been completed at the site.Permanent ground cover sufficient
to restrain erosion has been established. Silt fence is still installed around the site that will
need to be removed either by Duke or NCDOT when they are finished with their part of the
project.No additional self-monitoring or self-inspections are required.Project is in
compliance and released under the SPCA.Termination of coverage under the NPDES General
Stormwater Permit for Construction Activities(NCG01)must be requested by the permittee
via a Notice of Termination(NOT).The NOT is available at:
https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/NCG01-Termination.Please note that this correspondence
must be uploaded as part of completing the NOT process.
