The Division of Water Quality (Division) has reviewed the draft Environmental Assessment
for the subject project, and has the following comments.
This project will constitute an expansion within Nutrient -Sensitive Waters. The Division
recommends that the facility begin weekly monitoring of flow, Total Phosphorus and Total
Nitrogen in order to document existing nutrient loading.
The nature of the nutrient loading associated with urban stormwater runoff needs to be
discussed in more detail.
