Inspection authority is granted by Charlotte City Code Chapter 18, Article III, Section 18-82. At the time of inspection, the facility was observed to be in compliance with the City of Charlotte Storm Water Pollution Control Ordinance; however, the following observations were made: 1) Charlotte Storm Water Pollution Control Ordinance Review  Aboveground storage tank(s) (ASTs) – A 500-gallon double-walled diesel tank was observed outdoors.
