Dear Christine,
Please find enclosed a short report detailing initial start-up and commissioning of the
Sludge Drying Wetland for R&M Farms, located at 568 Inman Dr, Tar Heel NC, 28392.
This report, and two interim reports submitted by email on 28 August and 29 November
2018 form the basis of compliance with NC DEQ requirements with Item 6 of the Letter
of Approval for this system, dated May 18 2018.
Please note, while this letter may be public record, the report and attachments contain
