HI Katherine,
Since construction has not begun and the change in gravity sewer length is less than 10% (from
2,705 total LF to 2,668 total LF), then no application for modification is needed at this time.
However, please provide a narrative with the proposed changes specifying the reason for the change
and that construction has not begun. I will upload that to the permit file so that you can site the
updated narrative when the EC is submitted to the regional office.
Thank you,

Good Morning Katherine,
Thanks for reaching out. Has construction began on the project? Is the gravity sewer in the ground
that needs to be relocated?
Thanks,

Hello Elaine,
We received the attached Wastewater Collection System Extension Permit for Liberty&Main Street
Pump Station Decommissioning(Permit No. WQ0044700)from you in October of 2023. Since this
permit has been issued,we had to alter the sanitary sewer route to cross the NCRR Corridor in a
different location. This has caused the approximate length of the 8-inch gravity sewer to be reduced
by 37 linear feet(from 2,705 total LF to 2,668 total LF).
Route that is currently permitted(2,705 LF):

I was wondering if I should submit another Fast Track for the permit to be modified as a result of
sanitary sewer route change?
Thank you,
Katherine Ellis
