RE: Modifications to Existing Permit (Permit No.WQ0044700)
Mrs. Wild,
The Wastewater Collection System Extension Permit for Liberty and Main Pump Station
Decommissioning was approved on October 13, 2023 (Permit No. WQ0044700). The currently
permitted length of 8- inch gravity sewer is 2,705 LF. Since the approval of this permit, an
alternative gravity sewer route has been determined. An alternative route was taken through the
NCRR corridor to ensure the gravity sewer is not located within 50 FT of the limits of a turnout
when crossing the railway. This change results in 608 LF of 8-inch gravity sewer to be replaced
with 571 LF of 8-inch gravity sewer. The new total length of 8-inch gravity sewer to be permitted
is approximately 2,668 LF. Construction of Liberty & Main Pump Station Decommissioning has
not begun.
