To reiterate,the previous email from me is confirming that even if you do not have a final inspection
report from the city, everything related to the ESC permit with the city has been closed out.We
cannot revisit a site and provide a letter/inspection report for a construction project that has been
inactive for three years, as this project is closed out in our eyes. Hope this provides clarification.

I've not had luck chasing down the final inspection report, which is required for close out of our COC. Is
there any way you could assist in finding a copy? Perhaps there is someone who may have been closer
to these inspections?

Thank you for following up,that's good news. I do think I will need a copy of the final inspection report
to submit the Notice of Termination with DEQ, so if you manage to find it I would appreciate you sharing
it here. In the meantime, I'll ask around and see if we have a copy somewhere.

stormwater to also be closed out with the city.

Good afternoon,
As we just discussed in our call, I'm interested in obtaining confirmation of permit and project close out
for the Sun Farm VIII solar project. I've not been able to find any inspection reports for the project, only
a couple permit renewal fees which have since been paid. If any work needs to be done to close the
project out, I'd love to get that kicked off as soon as possible.
Any guidance and documentation you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
