Subject: Permit 31-15 Digester Permit Request
Dear Mrs, Lawson
It is the intent of this facility to operate an in ground mixed digester to produce
biogas as a renewable energy resource. The facility plans on utilizing the gas
as a renewable energy resource to power the existing generators and
converting that energy into electricity. The facility is considering its future
options of participating in any gas projects that would utilize the biogas as a
renewable energy resource through direct injection into the natural gas
pipeline.
