Finance The Town of Dallas has reviewed the Division of Water Resources General Permit

NCG5900000 for conventional-type water treatments plants. We hereby request that DWR
Town Attorney replace our individual WTP permit with a general permit Certificate of Coverage.

The Town of Dallas understands that when DWR issues the Town's Certificate of Coverage
Police for the General Permit NCG5900000, the Division will rescind NPDES permit NC0082694.
