We are in receipt of your request for additional information regarding the above referenced
submittal. "fhe comments aze significant and have caused re-design of the entire site. We have
effectively eliminated the Extended Dry Detention Basin and have incorporated infiltration
Trenches for this portion of the site. The two sand filters have been re-configured so that the
drainage area to each is less than 5 acres. We have also revised our drainage azea for the bio-
reteulion basin.
We have bean working diligently on these changes and the addition of another 13MP will require
a signed and notarized management form. We have forwarded this form to the applicant for
signature and return to us ASAP. Unfortunately, the applicant has been out of town for a couple
of days for reasons beyond his control.
We understand that this is an express review process and appreciate the merits of this program.
On behalf of the applicant, we respectively request a couple extra days in order to provide a
through, complete and proper response that will make the second review easier and to meet the
objectives of the state code.
Please let us know if the additional couple days is not acceptable.
