Revised December 2012
Session Law 2012 -200 became effective on Aug. 1, 2012. This law
changed the application of the Neuse Riparian Buffer Rules (15A
NCAC 02B .0233) and Tar - Pamlico Riparian Buffer Rules (15A
NCAC 02B.0259)-
The new law and related rule changes apply only to the construction
of single - family residences on existing lots located in the counties
shown on the map below.

That Grantor, in consideration of the sum of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable considerations to her paid
by the Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
has given, granted, bargained, sold and does hereby convey unto
the Grantee, his heirs and assigns, that certain tract or par-
cel of land lying and being in Chocowinity Township, Beaufort
County, North Carolina, more particularly described as follows:
BEING all of Lot No. Sixty Four (64) of Portside
Mobile Home Retreat as shown on that certain survey
of W.C. Rodman and L.E. Waters, Land Surveying &
Civil Engineering, dated November 19, 1979, a copy
of said survey being recorded in the Beaufort County
Registry in Book 815, Page 184, and also being the
same property conveyed to Matthew Purser (now
deceased) and wife, Christine C. Purser, by deed
dated July 30, 1982, and recorded in the Beaufort
County Registry in Book 815, Page 183. Reference is
herein made to said map and deed and the same are
incorporated herein for a more complete and adequate
description.

The Grantor covenants with the Grantee that she is
seized in fee simple of the land above described and has good
right and title to convey the same; that the same is free and'

lawful claims and demands.
