Supervisor NCDEQ— Fayetteville Regional Office 225 Green Street, Suite 714, Fayetteville, NC, 28301-5095 Re: R5709 NC 211 Utility Expansion City of Raeford Fast -Track Sewer Application Dear Mr. Allen, Regarding the above -referenced project, please find the following items: Ktl,Gyt-U DEQIDWR FEB 16 aoaq 'AYETTFlfOWQROS l0NlAI . Fc 7 , !Z✓F 1. One original & one copy of the Fast Track application and supporting documents 2. One check for the $600.00 application fee 3. One USGS map of project area, 8.5-inch x 11-inch 4. One aerial map showing the project area, 8.5-inch x 11-inch The project features the relocation of approximately 410 linear feet of 10" gravity sewer and 2,000 linear feet of 8" gravity sewer. The sewer lines are relocating due to the expansion of NC 211, DOT project R5709, to avoid conflict with the construction sequence and the proposed roadway. The Fast -Track Sewer application is needed due to the proposed gravity sewer discharging into an existing, permitted sewer system. This project is being permitted as a no -flow project because the lines are relocating and there is no additional flow. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at (910) 420-1437 or by email at dennis@lkcengineering.com Sincerely, LKC Engineering, PLLC Z...1 .tea Dennis DeVries LKC Engineering, PLLC, 140 Aqua Shed Court, Aberdeen, North Carolina 28315 PH: 910/420-1437 * FAX: 910/420-1438 * License No. P-1095 State of North Carolina DWR Department of Environmental Quality Division of Water Resources FAST TRACK SEWER SYSTEM EXTENSION APPLICATION Division of Water Resources FTA 10-23 & SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION Application Number:WQOOH-519R (to be completed byDWR) All items must be completed or the application will be returned I.
