There is currentl• no defined building layout for this site as it will be determined at a later date The applicant has a short time-frame in which to conduct its investigations and is requesting to participate in the DWQ Express Review for a Neuse River stream buffer determination for the intermittent stream feature depicted on the Wake County Soils Survey -sheet 66 attached. Please attach a map of site location using USGS 1:24,000 map and county soil survey. Location of project site -please include reference to the county, nearest name town and highway number: The project is located within Regency Park on the south side of Symphony Lake, off of Ederlee Drive, approximately '/2 mile south of its intersection with Regency Parkway, in Cary, North Carolina (USGS quad -Apex Quad / Wake Cty. Soil Survey -sheet 66, attached).
