a due diligence investieation for this project to determine the value and constraints of the property. There is currentl•
no defined building layout for this site as it will be determined at a later date The applicant has a short time-frame in
which to conduct its investigations and is requesting to participate in the DWQ Express Review for a Neuse River
stream buffer determination for the intermittent stream feature depicted on the Wake County Soils Survey -sheet 66
attached.

The project is located within Regency Park on the south side of Symphony Lake, off of Ederlee Drive, approximately
'/2 mile south of its intersection with Regency Parkway, in Cary, North Carolina (USGS quad -Apex Quad / Wake
Cty. Soil Survey -sheet 66, attached).
