In reviewing my paperwork in reference to NOV -2024 -0014, 1 found the employee working the spray
fields that week failed to record the PH criteria on the work sheets the week of October 15th through the
23rd. He did fill in the Chlorine Residuals on his daily records I discussed this with him and I feel quite sure
this will not be an issue again.
