In reviewing the NDMR report sheets and daily log sheets, in reference to NOV 2024-MV-0013 I found I
had neglected to double check the documentation of PH and Chlorine Residuals for the month of February
2023. 1 hate to say it ,but bluntly, 1 dropped the ball on this matter. Generally my Town Clerk fills out the
paperwork and I check and sign off on the sheets and generally our clerk does a great job in the preparation
of the reports I will diligently double check in the future so that this will not happen again. As you will see
on the attached records , PH and Chlorine Residuals are documented on the daily log sheets from our
W WTP Facility.
