I am submitting a DMR and cannot add outfalls 9 and 10 for sample data. I looked at the User Guide and do not see
where to add them in. Can you help me with this?

I am not seeing a submit button on this DMR and was hoping you could point me in the right direction. This is my second
month doing DMRs online and the action column does not have any options either.
Please let me know how to get to the submitted status.
