structures (buildings, retaining walls, docks, impervious surfaces, etc.), rip rap, excavation or dredging below

Property was undeveloped land, so no one saw the need to harden the shoreline to prevent erosion. As you can see in the pictures
now ...the land has heavily been eroding for a few years. Adding Rip Rap will help prevent further erosion of property and also
save trees that are left along shoreline.

Here is a list of the trees to be impacted by stabilizing shoreline: (11) 4" to 6"... (7) 7" to 811... (1) 15" oak (in pictures)
and there are 5 pine tree close to shore which are full of Beetles that are dead or dying. Those range in size 10" to 15".

application fee is as follows (pursuant to G.S. 143-215.3D):

o $767.00 for impacts to lake (below normal water level) of greater or equal to 1 acre
