If no, please explain: The system can not treat for nitrate nitrogen. Water samples were taken from the
irrigation/infiltration pond and the results were 21.9 mg/l for nitrate nitrogen. Propose a scheduled condition
requiring upgrades to the plant to be able to denitrify. The pond is close to property lines and assume that nitrate
is crossing boundaries.
3. Are the site conditions (e.g., soils, topography, depth to water table, etc) maintained appropriately and adequately

Currituck Sound. Monitoring should be done monthly until we can see a base line.
