Comment: Year 5 site visit for credit release purposes. Site doing well, bankfull conditions during site visit.

meeting success criteria. A few areas of monoculture shrubs and weak tree success (supplemental
planting was done previously). USACE will consider suspending wetland hydrology monitoring
but retain
year 7 veq monitoring requirement. Will determine credits to be held until year 7.
