Good morning Amie,
To my knowledge they did not have the site delineated. Upon my site visitation prior to design, the
second crenulation is just a drainage way, no aquatic features visible.
I have been in contact with the USACE and they have issued their nationwide permit, which I have
attached.

Good morning,
I have some concerns about potential jurisdictional features at 173 Laurel Cove Road Statesville, NC 28677. You
have listed only one stream feature with one impact. However, I see that you have another culvert being placed in
a topographic crenulation further in on the site (see photo below). Have you had the site delineated? If so, can you
please provide me with that information. Have you been in contact with the USACE and will they be conducting a
site visit?
Your project will be considered ON HOLD until I receive a response to the questions above.
